Boat Storage

Our indoor boat storage facility can hold 34 boats all year round. The size of boat is limited to the garage height of 12’ and width of 12’.

The summer term is from June 1 to October 1 and the rates are as follows:
21’ boat and under: $79.00 per month
22’-25’ $89.00
25’-35’ $99.00

During the summer, this amount also includes 2 pull-outs per month. A $10.00 per month fee is added for additional pull outs per month.

The winter term is from October 1-May 31 and the rates are just $20.00 additional per month. The building is only partially heated.
Individual Boat Insurance is required.
