Quick Finish Basement Package and alternate options

The fastest and most convenient way to finish your basement is through our "Finished For 14" basement package. This exclusive package includes the following:

Design and Layout: We will design and layout the basement cooperatively with the homeowner. Work will not begin until the homeowner is approves the plans.
Framing: Utah Finished Basements will provide all framing materials and labor necessary to complete the framing process.
HVAC: We install heat runs and cold air returns according to standards and practices.
Electrical: Utah Finished Basements installs Leviton White outlets, Romex wiring, Maxim light, and Kiddie hardwired smoke alarms. We will also install RG6 Coax and Cat 5 cables in all bedrooms and in Family Rooms.
Insulation: Standard Johns Mansville R-13 insulation is installed in exterior walls per standards and practices.
Sheetrock: We will provide and install USG 1/2" sheetrock on ceilings and walls per plans. Followed up by a professional tape, double, flush, and finish smooth with USG sheetrock compound per standards and practices.
Finish Carpentry: Utah Finished Basements provides and installs doors, casings, and baseboards. We also include space saver particle board shelving in closets and linen closets where applicable.
Paint: We provide materials and labor for single-tone Kwal Howells semi-gloss paint. The color will be selected by the homeowner.
Misc Hardware: Utah Finished Basements will provide and install all miscellaneous hardware including: door knobs, door stops, closet rods, white wall plates, white 15-amp duplex receptacles, and white 15-amp single pole switches.
